How We Juice

Our juices are a delicious blend of flavour and nutrients designed to deliver raw juicy energy immediately after drinking.

We press our juices next door to southern Europe’s largest fresh fruit and vegetable market, which means we have access to the finest and fresh locally produced ingredients.

Cold pressing is the most effective way to extract all the nutrients and vitamins from the raw ingredients. Because there is no heat or friction involved in the process, we can confidently maintain the quality of the freshly pressed juice.

Once bottled, Suko juices are passed through a high pressure process (HPP).  Because the juice is subjected to intense atmospheric pressure to inactivate any vegetable bacteria, the juice’s shelf life extends from 3 to 30 days.
